Move Manager, Laura Feauto, is a member of the National Associate of Senior
Move Managers (NASMM). NASMM is an organization of Senior Move
Managers dedicated to assisting seniors and their families with the actual moving
experience, as well as the emotional and physical aspects of the move. Part
of Laura’s services may include:
- Sorting and organizing your possessions/treasures. Do you want specific
pieces to be distributed to family members or friends? Do you want to have
an auction or donate items to charity? We even assist with tag sales!
- Professionally “stage” your current home to ensure that it will sell quickly
for the highest possible price.
- Pack your current home, hire the movers, oversee the move, and unpack at
your new home.
Now it’s time to put your home on the market. Our Senior Real Estate
Specialist (SRES), Janice Kernel, is a local Real Estate Agent that is experienced
and knowledgeable in meeting your specific needs. By earning
the SRES designation, Janice has demonstrated the necessary
knowledge and experience to counsel senior clients through major lifestyle
transitions. She will:
- Complete a comprehensive computer analysis of your home’s current
market value.
- Arrange for a “pre sale” home inspection to avoid surprises once
there is an accepted offer on the home.
- Assist you in correcting repairs or defects, if an inspection is completed
prior to the sale
- Work directly with the Home Stager to ensure we sell your home for
top dollar.
- List your home, per your request, keeping you involved and informed
every step of the way.
Moving is a very emotional and stressful process for anyone, regardless
of age. We have experienced this first hand and we assure you that it is
our goal to make your move as smooth as possible. Our Team will
provide you with personal, hands-on service to assist you and your family
every step of the way.
